Anyone else still waiting on payment from April?

Just wondering if I am the only one that has still not been paid in May (for month of April stays)?  My bank has confirmed that they have not received this payment and are not 'holding it in another account', so despite what screenshot of a 'proof of payment', I am being given and told 'it's already been paid', I can assure Booking.com that I have NOT yet been paid. 

My bank is quite astounded that Booking.com has done so little to sort this out.  They have said that Finance at Booking.com MUST now investigate the originating source of the payment and see what has happened with this.

I don't think I can cope anymore trying to get through to them on the phone 'helpline' queue which is worse than useless!!

Hey Liz,

Sorry to hear about your struggles. 

I have one property on Payments by Booking.com and when I spoke to the Partner Services a lovely consultant assisted me with all the questions I had. The things she didn't know, she found out and gave me feedback. Did you phone the Partner Services help line? 

She told me that Booking.com pays from Amsterdam and it might take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. But if it was in April, I would also be concerned if I were in your shoes. 

Hope you get this sorted out! Try phoning the partner services line, they are really great.

Hey Liz, 

I am just checking in to find out if your payment situation has been resolved, as I have not received payment either and I am getting a little concerned. 

I did speak with someone on the phone assuring me the payment would be made but I still have not been paid.

Hi Christine,

No I have still not been paid of this.  It's ridiculous.  I just keep getting told that they have paid it and recently they sent me another 'proof of payment' to yet again ask my bank to find it.  My bank CANNOT find any trace of this payment and it most certainly has not reached my bank account to date. 

Leandri - I have managed to speak to a number of customer service advisers, but I guess it must be your luck as none of them seem to be able to really help and tell me that they will 'pass it on' and someone will call me back.  I work full time and in an open plan office, so it's hard to discuss this over the phone with colleagues nearby and that is when I can get through to the finance section but I've also had to give up waiting in the queue when I've been hanging on for 30mins and I still don't know how much longer I will need to wait to speak to someone, so most of my communications need to be done through the Extranet messaging system and that's pretty useless too. 

I got paid recently for some stays in June, and that went through fine with my bank as it has always done in the past, so it seems to be just something to do with the payment mess-up in May that went AWOL for some reason.  But somewhere, some account must be showing a bigger balance than it should have, so why is that not being queried?  Maybe someone else was paid 'my money' in error (which would show as if it was actually paid - just not to me) or maybe Booking.com got hacked somehow by a fraudster.  I don't know - all I know is that I am still owed money by them and they are not being particularly helpful in trying to sort it out.

Your information has been helpful. It has reminded me to stay on guard. 

As they are not the easiest company to deal with currently. I look forward to improvements in their system.

Hi Christine,

They have now informed me that they are going to re-issue a payment for this, so hopefully I will finally get the money I'm owed, but as of yesterday I have now ceased my partnership with Booking.com as I'd just had enough.

Delighted you go paid though :)

Sorry to hear about your horror stories! Did you now get the re-issued payment? It must be my luck with their callcentres hey, I have had only great service. The messages via the extranet is another story though, but I am super that you came right Christine. 

We are happy with the Payments by Booking.com thing, but did you see if you can opt out? There should be a number there somewhere.
