The app and payments.

   The app is really bad for a month. Its login out by itself and its not sending notifications. And the payments ate taking sometimes 3 weeks. Airbnb send me max in the day after check-in. Why Booking is not improving. 
about the app is really serious because the guests think I am not answering fast enough or I am ignoring them.

BdC have their own way and process , it aint going to change just for you.

 

Nor should you expect it to be same as AIrBB

 

From What I have seen with the app lately , there is no issue , and is more likely to be entirely related to your phone and its connection 

you also have not even mentioned the phone type and Os version, that would be a good place to start ,and them contact Partner support with that info.

Hello Tais Franco Quintanilha.

I checked our files and there are no bugs reported for the app. Please try updating your app from the app store, sometimes phones do not notify that there are pending updates to apply.  Also, please go into the extranet on your computer and on the right upper section under "Account", there is an option of Devices. Make sure you have set up your mobile device to your account.

On your account, you can find your payout date and periods, every country has different payment methods/periods and forms of payment, this way, you can find what day within the month is your payment.

  This is going on for a month. I already updated my ios, reinstalled the app several times and the problem is still there. The other 3 people da work with me are having the same exact issues and I have to send them the code to reopen the app several times a day. Its not the first time this happened to me. But before I reinstalled the app and was okay. Now doesn’t matter what I do.

it ca nalso be another app or config on the phone such as On Top apps blocking notifications.

e.g. password manager app sometimes do this on android.

it could even be your wifi since you said multiple people in same place having issue. Try restarting the wifi box and modem.

  Its not the wifi the issue. I have properties in 2 countries. They are in Brazil and I am in Belgium. Its not the internet for sure. It is the app. There are many other partners complaining about the same issue for over a month. Its terrible because the guest think we are ignoring them.
