Asking for refund

Hi. I am new to Booking.

I have a guest coming in today who wants to cancel and be refunded. I would be willing to refund 50% but not all, I will probably not get another booking today. I don't seem to be able to do that, it is either all or nothing.


I think it all depends on what your policy says and how you set it up.

mine says full refund if booking cancelled with 48hrs otherwise zero refund - i know it is a bit of a deterrent to prospective guests but got rid of all the fake bookings!
