Assistance in Guest Refund
Dear Partner,
I just had word with ms *** regarding Refund of the guest, booking number (***), this booking was cancelled by guest but as per the hotel cancellation policy we have refund the guest, guest has sent us the overseas bank details to refund but unfortunately we are unable refund the amount in bank account.
Requesting you to please help us out, as guest is chasing us for the refund, due to nation lockdown, hotel was non operational and not able to refund the guest on time, now the hotel is operational and want your help to refund the guest payment (***)
