We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Bank account

If anyone can help me with this would be very grateful 

I have a caravan in France , it has been let out a few times and booking.com have taken the payments 

I can’t add my Iban number because it’s an English account I don’t have a French account 

I’m getting nowhere with help from booking.com 

I don’t have a credit card but I’ve read about vccs 

apart from going to France to open an account which maybe difficult under present circumstances and I don’t have a permanent residency in France I’m snookered 

can anyone guide/resolve these issues ?  thanks rab

did you find any french bank for remote account, since you own property there you should have the right to one
