We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

You have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

I have sent a variety of emails to different people at booking.com without significant response other than I have no idea. I don't know who and what is BDC.

This illustrates the problem. Your hosts have to do far more work just to get information and not... do additional work to get an answer assuming one will ever be received.

All someone at booking.com has to state is yes or no. If not, then what. Nobody does.

I don't hear any actual answers from anyone.

Okay. Thanks. I thought that booking.com had monitors who worked for the company to oversee this part of their system. Apparently not.

I note that, so far, booking.com is unresponsive to a simple question. If the renters money goes to the wrong bank, I will be very disturbed especially after all of the effort to resolve the problem... and ignored by them.

As you don't work for them, it isn't your problem. I've written and called without any reply. Sad to say, it should be simple for them to answer.
