Bank detail errors
After 3 months of work with Booking.com we are still not receiving our payments due to some error apparently in the bank details I have provided. I have contact our bank, and Support here in NZ and have received an attachment from Finance telling me how to enter the details, done that again, double checked the details time and again, and still we get the same error message, which means nothing to me other than frustration. Finance were supposed to contact me to help, but have not done so. We are getting very angry as well as financially distressed. Can anyone out there give us any pointers? Is there a simple trick to correct our problem?
