Bank details

Hi. I have just added my property to Booking.com. I changed my contact details and have tried to add bank details. I have received the following message:

Editing bank details is blocked for the following reasons:

Hotel contact information has been recently changed

 

Does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can add my bank details? There is no guidance at all about this. Thanks!

Hi Charlene,

Great question. I’ve followed this up with the team at Booking.com and they said that 24 hours after updating hotel information you should be able to make the change in the bank details.

In the text it says : -

"if you've changed the bank détails or the contact person, you need to wait 24 hours (from the last change) to be able to make a new update. The change takes 7 days for validation and enabling it into the system."

This is not clear at all.

I changed my bank détails this morning, but the old bank détails still remain on the site.

How can I know that my new entered bank détails have been received, or in fact are in process of verification?

Hi,

I changed my contact details recently and now need to add my bank details. The system says it needs to verify my identity by sending me a text or call, but it still has my old number registered. I had changed it about 10 days ago. When I go into my account, my new number is registered however. Meanwhile, the funds from my last guest are floating about somewhere and I need them asap.

What do I do?
