Being charged commissions for a booking that was a no show

We resolved an issue with a no show last April and I’m still being charged a commission. I had just started using booking and did not know I needed to go in and mark the people as a no show. I thought this was resolved but just got notification that I owed money. Please advise

If you don't mark the reservation as a No Show how does booking.com know?  Not obvious when you are new but essential once you know.
