Big problem with payment
Hi all,
I have a big problem with one payment from guest. The issue is that the bank account where they have transferred three money was deactivated and I forgot to change it here. So it says that the money were transferred but to a bank account that does not exist anymore.
Please advise, what can I do, where can I contact anyone from Booking (I can't find customer service phone numbers anywhere).

First that payment will bounce back. The sender needs to chase their back to confirm. Else they are lying.
