Please check my bill!

I have payed EUR 28,73 on 18.1.2021

I have a credit for this bill. But the 28,73 have not been transferred back.

Then there was  a bill 14,78 on 3.2.2021. This guest did not have the possiblity to arrive, but it says that there is no refund possible. Why?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
