Bill from booking in 2020

Hi,

I received invoices from booking .com for March and December

But we haven't received any bookings from March 2020 because we had to shut down because of coronavirus and government policy. 

Bmhow come we received an invoice when we have already cleared out all our bills from before 2020 March I would like to know. Why?

I have been trying to contact with booking .com people but phones are not working I guess or I made a mistake . please let me know what to do. Since I received an email saying my property is no longer visible in booking website.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
