Bills Cancellation

 Good arternoon!

We are writing for cancellation of charge for reservation. Because guest didn`t came, so we didn`t charge him for accommodation. We requested for review on 3th September. Please, cancelle this charge.


You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. In future you need to go into the Reservation and click 'Request to cancel' and then guest confirms.  That way you don't have to sort out invoice invoices.

Contact help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.



  1. Open Reservation Details
  2. Click No Show on right pane.
  3. If greyed out, then message BdC support 
  • In future always manage it in Extranet and dont ask on here, nothing will be actioned here.  
  • You really need to start reading the Partner Help Guides and learn what the Extranet can do for you.   
  • This reads as though you have zero knowledge of the Extranet, basic features.  
  • That is no way to run any business, invest the time in basic training by reading everything.  
  • And never be afraid to ask questions, silly or otherwise, you will learn alot quicker.
