Bills raised without any confirmation no guests stayed

Why do bills are raised to me without any confirmation when no guests have stayed at my property till date ??

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to resolve this invoice problem for you.  If you look under Finance, Invoice for the period in question and then click on the 'View Statement' option it will show you what the invoice is based on.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet if there is a disrepancy

Hi Piyali Narayan

  1. When you signed up and read how it works you should have noticed, all bookings are automatically considered confirmed by BdC based on you having your calendar for availability etc setup correctly and maintained.  
  2. Check your All Reservations list and if  any and they never turned up you have to mark it as No Show.
  3. If you missed the chance to mark it as no show in the reservation details page - greyed out - then message BdC with the reservation number and ask for it to be marked a no show.  
  4. If BdC or you directly took prepayment for this booking, then you will receive a BdC invoice for commission etc  
  5. The finance menu , invoices and download the invoice or open it in another browser tab you will see what reservations it is for.
