Hi, a guest had booked for the 29th April and money has been taken out of their account on the 29th March. As per government guidlines I am not hosting my placex how do they get a refund? Thanks


You have posted this on the partner forum but need to contact for this issue.  Email them using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  Or get the guest to Cancel but that will depend on your cancellation policy whether they get a refund of not.
