Booking. Com changing my info!

Afternoon all. I have always been a cash, WU transfer, or a bank transaction in UK as payment methods. Yet another cancellation today, because the customer insisted the site had taken payment. I told him this was not the case, it just took credit cards details. Furthermore, the site has changed my description and changed the breakfast status. Really unhappy, and it is virtually impossible to contact them apart from calling. Really unhappy with the site, not to mention losing business in these diffucult times.
