Hello, i hope you fine. I have this page till 2017. would ask about bookings being deleted and customers not coming. It has happened to me many times and I have never received any compensation from this. I would ask you to carefully consider this issue and give me an answer. I want an invoice for all the reservations that did not come and how much I lost from these reservations. Then I want to know how it works and who is my part to take. Thank you

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
