BOOKING IN COVID-19

WE HAVE MANAGED A CANCELLATION IN PERIOD DECLARATION OF ITALIA FOR COVID .. FOLLOWING THE REQUEST PROCEDURE AND CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION.

WE CONTACTED THE HELP CENTER AND WE WERE CONTACTED BECAUSE NOTHING WAS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. IT WAS NOT THAT AND THE COSTS OF OPERATING COMMISSION WERE CHARGED TO THE STRUCTURE.

WHY??

The rough takeaway form above is :

We had a cancellation during cov19 period when travel was restricted, but have been charged commission, and Guest was not billed. i.e. prepaid.

 

Is that correct.?

 

For this you should have marked it as cancelled, or no show.

I'm sorry.

I would Konw why we have to pay commissione for a cancelled booking in Covid-19.

I use the method of cancellation of Booking.com but the guest payed the bill and i payed the commission.

I'ts impossible solve the dubt.
