Next Step for you :

 

Depending on when the check-in date was, open the reservation and see if mark as No Show is greyed out , go ahead and use it.

 

If greyed out then simply message or phone BdC Support directly. - Guide below.

 

Or use dispute feature on the reservation statements under Finance.
