I have received an email a few days ago that payment of R 774.00 is due to me. Unfortunately no payment was received as yet.

Can you please revert urgently.

Simply wait longer ,as considering what is ongoing, there may or may not be delays.

 

You should in theory be able to see status of payouts under Extranet > Finance > Invoices


  • Is this your first payout?
  • Are you using Payments by Booking.com?

 

 

Can I suggest you rename  profile name from ' bookings' to 'TheCountryCottage' and link your property into your partner profile.
