booking number ***

I have accepted the free cancelation and refunded the virtual card I had for this reservation. I still see a commission fee from Booking.com and the guest is not being 100% refunded.

Hi Carlos, you have posted this on the Partner Forum.  For this issue regarding a specific booking you need to contact the booking.com Help team.  Use either the Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call.
