BOOKING.COM ARE THIEVES AND LIARS
Will someone help me????? I have been in a constant battle with BDC since July 15 !! my preferences were never set for online payments but somehow a reservation was made with online payment and I received a VCC that was empty!!!! I have been fighting daily with these criminals who lie and lie and lie. same bollocks on a daily basis that the finance dept are too bust to deal with me???? Such a load of lies. I contested every single invoice of commission the other day and the *** that are the finance dept oddly replied to that and told me there ha never been an issue!!! I am missing 1008 euros from my account, I have screenshot after screenshot of proof I never had money and card is empty. I have SCREAMED so much at the morons at customer services other than flying to Amsterdam and smashing into their offices *** sam I meant to do???????

I would advise you get someone else to phone them after you bring them up to speed.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
