Booking employees believe themselves bosses over their partners and do just the way they talk ugly, and disdainful about those who pay consistent commissions.  very often cancel the reservations by going over the payment policy of the partner, without having the written agreement, as mentioned in the contract. In the extranet I have many unanswered questions addressed to employees.  This is how the unpaid booking payments for 2 years remained.
