Booking.com employees are very unprofessional.

Booking.com employees are very unprofessional. Most often they avoid a written conversation so that no evidence remains. Booking employees believe themselves bosses over their partners and do just the way they talk ugly, and disdainful about those who pay consistent commissions.  very often cancel the reservations by going over the payment policy of the partner, without having the written agreement, as mentioned in the contract. In the extranet I have many unanswered questions addressed to booking.com employees.  This is how the unpaid booking payments for 2 years remained.

I have a positive experiences with BDC partner service, not one had a bad attitude, they always acted proffesional. Are you saying that Booking.com is canceling confirmed bookings?

"This is how the unpaid booking payments for 2 years remained." You mean by that how? You weren't paid for confirmed bookings? Are you using feature "Payments by Booking.com"? Because if not, then you must handle all the payments directly with the guests based on your payment policy.

Do you work as a cop at the booking? :) Yes they have unpaid bills.  Yes, booking employees decide without the agreement of the free cancellation partners even if you have another policy that includes taxes to cancel the reservation

I wouldn't call them unprofessional, but I would say they are either ignorant and useless, or they are trained to give us nonsense answers.

I'm not hurt. I have over 85% occupancy without booking.com. Booking are some thieves and so on.

It's hard to be sympathetic or even help when your accusations have no flesh on their bones.
