For more information, please contact our Finance Department." However, THEY won't RESPOND. This has been going on for two months now and no payment for any bookings. I have updated my banking details, verified my account and they wont give me a payout for hosting my property with them. NOT HAPPY. I have taken my property off booking.com - list with AirBNB or another site.

Sorry to hear, but i suspect there more to this then both of us know. and nothing to do with fraud at all.
You can always follow up with Partner Support in the mean time.
I think when you try to opt out of the payment method it triggers a payout to bank account too, I saw someone mention that a few days ago.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

We have the exact same issue for 2 months!!! Per finance in messaging our Stripe account is pending review- now I can’t get any responses! We even had our lawyer contact them- initially they did ask for documentation which we provided in a timely manner- we were receiving payouts no issues and all of a sudden stopped with NO NOTICE - customer service is horrible! They make you feel like a criminal trying to get our $!!! And you can’t talk to anyone past customer-only messaging-every day I ask status and receive the same form letter- “matter has been sent to the department that handles this and thank you for your patience!” We have financial obligations to pay- taxes, mortgage, cleaning services , electric etc…with no payouts they have caused financial distress- they call us partners- they are not there for our interests! So frustrating and infuriating!
