1 has not paid booking since september 2020

The payout notifications show i received 2 payouts in september however only 1 payment made it to my bank account. I never had trouble before but now over 4 months of begging and calling and emailing and still no answers are forthcoming from no one assists telephonically and keeps passing the buck. Any finance department contacts or numbers that you can help me with.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

We have a similar issue where we haven't been paid for December. We've contacted them several times but they just say that only the finance dept can resolve the issue. We call finance and wait for 1 hour and 1 minute every time and then the phone cuts off. We've sent several massages that just don't get answered. It's disgusting that a large company like this aren't paying on time in the current climate
