Booking.com has not paid booking since september 2020
The payout notifications show i received 2 payouts in september however only 1 payment made it to my bank account. I never had trouble before but now over 4 months of begging and calling and emailing and still no answers are forthcoming from booking.com no one assists telephonically and keeps passing the buck. Any finance department contacts or numbers that you can help me with.

We have a similar issue where we haven't been paid for December. We've contacted them several times but they just say that only the finance dept can resolve the issue. We call finance and wait for 1 hour and 1 minute every time and then the phone cuts off. We've sent several massages that just don't get answered. It's disgusting that a large company like this aren't paying on time in the current climate
