Booking.com messing with our livelihood
It is scary when booking.com don't pay us on time,
don't communicate the issue or the problem
stop answering the phone i spend 6/7 hours in total ringing and left on hold waiting for the next available operator
don't issue a formal statement until we have worried ourselves sick.
meant to be paid 8th may for april looks like it could be 4th june before april booking are paid to us.
not all uk businesses were affected.
most businesses are seasonal and this money was so important for many small businesses, having got through the winter bleak months.
we expect our commission money back from booking.com to compensate us for letting us down.
we are your customers and you have hurt us, abused us and neglected us and totally ignored all communications to you.
if we did that we would have no customers and our reviews would be very poor.
well consider your review poor
