Booking.com paid an invoice into someone else’s account, how can I get this money back

One of my guests payments was paid into someone else’s bank account

wow ok its on BdC to sort it out by paying you in full now, and not after they recover it.

Their mistake , their responsibility to sort it out.

wait one sec, what payment method did you setup with Booking?

Pick up the phone and ring BdC Support to escalate..

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
