booking.com payment card not working

dear sir/madam

my name is sharam from the bridge hotel .we try to charge the booking.com payment card but card not working (insuffition founds).

please let us know why is not working.

the booking number is *** and amount is £135.90.

please let me know 

the card number end with ***  expire date  ***

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.


 

  1. Using anonymous as your profile name is very unprofessional and also the opposite of the culture this community is for. Please rename to short name for property or even  something like <shortname-Role> or you own name if you are not sharing the account.  
  2. VCC issued by BdC. VCC will never be active until day after the check-in day.  SECTION 2: Getting paid by virtual credit card  
  3. Community Guidelines. Do not post booking and VCC info .
