So guest books, signed contract then refuses to send ID of all guest, we get within the 30 cancellation policy and guest still refused to send id, intervene and cancel guest and fail to find alternative as the guest still refuse to say who was staying in other accommodation provided, so tell guest we can't accommodate - nice one

Guest complains to finance department and gives money back without asking myself and getting the story idiots ignore me and close my account due to me fighting this wrongful refund and i lose £££ i business. 

I will now be putting in a claim against see them in the small claims with guest signed contract in hand
