1 Reservations

I have had 3 reservations this week with invalid cards.  They all used apple pay to make their reservations with  All cards had a expiration of 2030 and are wrong.



hmmm If the Guest used Apple Pay to pay BdC and BdC issued a VCC to your account then there is no problem , and more likely to be a misunderstanding on your part on how it actually works and when you will be able to charge it .. i.e. day 2 after check-in date.


The only way a guest can use Apple Pay is if you signed up to 'Online Payments by BdC.'

The BdC VCC details will remain hidden until day 2 of the stay.




Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Actually I have now found out that its when people book through Priceline and use Apple Pay. gave me the option of turning Euro/Mastercard off but there is no sense in that since the majority of the cards people use are MC.   I guess we will just explore not using

  • In the extranet, ensure to close rooms to prevent bookings,
  • go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  • Select ‘ messages’.
  • Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  • Choose Account
  • Now choose TERMINATE


or if you only want to temp close for a period (any length)

use the Snooze Feature
