booking.com sucks !

I've been sending message to booking.com like 5, asking about payments and the only think I get is a copy/paste link. I read it and I can't find an answer so I reply again and again and nobody reply.s

Nobody pick up the phone...after 20 min waiting.... they send me back to to message option where nobody reply... Great service!
