I was waiting for this person today to arrive from 12 - 3 am but he did not show up i was sending him messeges but he did not respond witch harms my business please give me choice to cancel reservation

please help me to develop my business

If the booking is paid for upon reserving, then you get paid whether they turn up or not.  No need to cancel anything.Just wait until the latest check-in time then go............
