If guests cancel after my policy (14 days), how can I get money from guests?

If guests did not cancel and they are no show, do I have to pay a commission?, how can I get money from guests?

you should mark them as no show.


Prepaid rates held by BdC as VCC or pay out to your bank , depending on the rate type and cancelation policy that you set .
