Cancel condition

Dear All,

As I saw 3 news reservations checking my extranet  I was very surprise when I saw that my last change were not taken into account . I had changed my flexibility for cancellation in 14 days instead of 7 2 month ago and it's unfortunately still the same. I work for a private owners who are a little bit upset by this. Can you give me the reason?

I have also another flat which is the same problem. Maybe we can see step by step or if you want I can give you the name of the other flat when you will answer me.
