Cancel my listing

I have a listing which was both cancelled last year. How come i still receive a booking today? That property is not existing anymore and you PEOPLE are hard to reach- your costumer service hotline is not customer friendly. Nobody will entertain that guest. CANCEL MY LISTING PLS!

Hi Emmanuel,

You have to contact directly with booking.com through your Extranet inbox tab since this is only a Partner Community.

This doesn't help though. Booking.com is not customer friendly. Your hotline is not easily accessible without a confirmation and pin.  If i am the owner of the property, how can I call u if you are asking for the pin over and over again without an option of directing my call to a customer representative to talk with! It is ridiculous! It is shady!

I am only a partner like you trying to help you....

Have you ended your partnership with booking.com???  because as far as I know you cannot cancel listing by yourself.

Hope you find your solution....

I did call booking.com early this year and was able to talk to representative who said they will cancel my listing and end my partnership. But I'm still here with the same predicament.

So based on what you have said I suspect you never actually followed the procedure.

 

If all you did was make a phone call, then that is why nothing has been done.

 

Instead if you search for 'End My Partnership' , read the guide  in full, 

then 

  • 1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  • 2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  • 3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  • Topic : Account
  • Subtopic : Terminate, follow the next steps

 

 

 


Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
