I am really happy with my eftpos device. I could refund a future booking made that was paid for 50%. 

Refunded on the day of cancellation. 

I took a photo of the receipt and attached that to the message I sent the person. All fast and accurate. 

It is a very practical tool. And no more bookings left at all. Everyone has cancelled now. An empty calendar :( 

Hopefully starting in November again. When spring starts. Can't wait!!
