Cancel a reservation

Hello ,

i have an emergency , someone has booked in mu property for 16 days but when i try to contact nobody give me a response. And he bloked me the property and nobody  else can book. This user is fake . Can you help me please because  there may be other people that want to reserve.

BdC policy on such cancellation requests typically requires you to make contact with a BdC advisor. I reccomend you use the phone option due to the urgency.

 

Located under inbox, booking messages, click on right pane, 'contact us' to reveal your regional number.

As Barry says, you will need to contact BDC - this community is only other owners here.

Fake bookings / no shows / frauds etc are very common with BDC. I keep posting that the best solution is to use Payments by Booking.com to require payment at the time of booking, same as with AirBnB / TripAdvisor / etc - and if Booking.com refuse, just use AirBnB / TripAdvisor etc. See the other posts in my profile .....
