i need to cancel the booking number *** for property Id ***

You can go ahead and do it yourself in the Extranet

 

  1. open the reservation details page
  2. on right pane click request cancel
  3. choose option 2
  4. BdC system sends message to guest to confirm and action a link.
  5. BdC syste mgets confirmation from guest and issues 100% refund.

 

all done nice and simple
