Cancel of reservation

Hello,

Not sure if i'm only one blind to find contact to reach booking support, it used to be in extranet, now there is no way to reach any help or support via contact form.

I need to cancel one reservation. It used to be in reservation page, on bottom it looks like there is way to cancel or at least request cancel or change status no show, but none is clickable.. now i can only look at reservation and do nothing if guest is not responding and have not payed as i requested by the rules.

I asked them to pay for prepayment, but they don't act . So can anyone tell me how to get rid of that reservation and not blocking dates with reservations that are not meant to be serious.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Nice to reach the form, but when i tried to send my inquiry, i get response:
