res # ***guest reserved non pet friendly room and stated she has a cat.  Message sent to guest requesting them to choose pet friendly room, no response.  When card was ran, it was declined.  Time has run out for her to update card info.  Please cancel this reservation.

Bill you cant post this here , nothing will happen.


Instead use the Request Cancel wizard, but choose option1.
