Cancel reservation

Hello, My guest cancel one part of reservation after our reservation time. In finance info the guest is charged for all reservatiom. I accept that change. How i can make half reservation canceling in extranet or pulse app? One issue is after guest visit ant he ask to money refound. Second issue is for check-in after 2 days, but less, than 48 hours.
