Best thing is for you to contact guest and apologise and maybe suggest some local alternatives.  Ask them to Cancel as if you get booking.com to they will charge relocation fee.  You can start process yourself by going into Reservation, Request to Cancel and select correct option.

You need to know that Sync does not work in real time so always a risk of double booking if you use it.
