Cancel a reservation asap
Hi,
We got a booking with invalid credit card and the guest does not want to give other card details.
Guest: *** ***
Booking number: ***
We already signed that the card is invalid, but please help us to cancel that booking asap in order to open the room for the others.
We don't want to wait 24hours to be cancelled, because we loose possible customers.
