Cancel the reservation due to COVID-19
Dear Sir or Madam, I commissioned Booking.com to book Capri by *** *** City, Singapore. But this booking was made with booking.com's partner provider, Ctrip. ------------------ Capri by *** *** City, Singapore Check-in number: *** Confirmation number*** PIN Code*** Booking Details1 nights, 1 rooms Check-inTuesday 25 February 2020 Check-outWednesday 26 February 2020 ------------------ Due to the virus (COVID-19) outbreak in Taiwan and Singapore, I have to cancel the reservation. But They (booking.com、Ctrip and hotel) can't deal with reservation, Please help me cancel the reservation .Hope it’s free cancellation.
Booking.com speak on the telephone that this is not our order number, it maybe our parter (Agoda). Ctrip.com write on the email that we can't find the booking by the below information. We can only find the booking by the booking number of Ctrip which is 11 digits, start with 11 or 12. We suggest you contact the Booking.com for further help.
Hotel write on the email that the booking was made through Booking.com, kindly assist to contact them directly for the cancellation as the hotel are not authorize to perform any cancellation on behalf.
