Hi .. I have to cancel one guest and accept the email from booking.com but i want know when booking.com will return the guest money..

Once you initiate the cancel request from their reservation details page and they click confirm on the notification, the process starts and this action also trigger full refund.

If you engage BdC support for this you could end up paying a relocation invoice, so try my method first :)
