cancelation due to corona virus

Hello,

Our renter (***) has canceled their stay (5/6 june 2020) in our villa and ask a complete refund.

As the renting was for the first weekend of June it 's not possible for them to reunite all the familly members,due to the travel restrictions, so I undertsand this and I agree that the the renting is cancelled and fully refunded.

Is there a place on you site to click on our agreement?

Then you need to email the booking.com help team.  Use the Inbox icon on Extranet.  This is the partner forum so we are unable to help in this situation.
