Canceling an order

Hello, i have a guest booking a room for the same day and i i ne to cancel it, my place is full and it was open on booking by mistake. The guest understood and is ok with it. How can i cancel the order and refund him?


The guest needs to cancel the booking.  You can press the Cancel booking on the reservation and then the guest can confirm.  You should get a message about the cancellation being free.



  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest o receive email with action to confirm
  • BdC is prepaid will issue refund
