Canceling a reservation


Guest have called me that he is sick and couldn’t come so he wants to cancel the reservation.

But I can’t do it cause it’s 48 hours till he should came.


Can you help me please ?

As per your policy no refunds for 48 hours, you simply say sorry to hear that but I cannot refund.


Of course you might off partial refund but again its at your discretion and cannot be demanded by guest.
