Hi there,

 

We have a booking that check in to us and has then checked out. We do not want to charge him for this. His booking number is *** We would like this to be cancelled without charge. Can you do this for us and the guest please? I can't seem to find a number or contact to get hold of anyone at booking.com regarding this?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Yes I realised that after posting this. I thought this was contacting Booking.com directly (which seems to be difficult) and not posting on a forum!
